Changes policy

The client can change the dates of the reservations at least 15 days before their date of reservation as long as the new dates requested are available.

Cancellation policy

For administrative reasons, in the event of cancellation by the client of any type of accommodation, courses, camps and other available services, it can only be done by informing them 15 days in advance of the Check-In date. Please note that will proceed to a full refund of the deposit made for the reservation. In any case, the client may use the deposit made as a reservation for accommodation, courses, camps and other services on other dates, as long as there are places available on the new dates requested. In the event that the client cannot attend the contracted service, it may be used by a third person, as long as it is authorized by the client, thus being able to benefit from the reservation made, all this, I feel informed 15 days in advance to the check-in date.
